Please ensure the product remains in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice intact to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the product and submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

    Quality Inspection

    Our technical team will remotely review your claim or arrange a physical inspection to verify the reported hardware or software issue.

  • 3.
    Reverse Pickup

    Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the device from your registered address at no additional cost; ensure all data is wiped and the device is factory reset.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Upon successful verification at our warehouse, we will dispatch a brand-new unit or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
